    Default Substrate harming frogs?

Hello i just finished my tank off making a drainage layer for when i get real plants.

my substrate is made of coco peat, sphagnum moss and peat moss.

just wondering if this would do any harm to the frogs for when they catch crickets and they might ingest some of this mixure???

I am not an expert on such things, but I am almost completely sure it is alright. I know that coco peat is alright, and my tree frog care book recommends peat moss. Many pet stores sell sphagnum moss, and I have never heard of anyone having any trouble with their frogs eating it by accident. Many people also use sphagnum moss in their terrariums without stating it was a problem. Hope this helps!
