Default Update on the Retained Shed thread...

I had posted that I was worried because one of my newer frogs, Oscar, seemed to be retaining shed...it's skin just didn't look right to me.

Tonight it finally shed!! There was a lot of gunky skin coming off, more than I've seen on any of my other frogs. Looks like a new frog tonight!! Much healthier!! Oscar seems to be more comfortable all around. He/she?? not sure yet... isn't so panicked every time I walk near the tank or do anything, tonight with the lights off I've checked on Oscar a few times and he/she is being active right along with the other frogs Actually, today it was funny, Oscar kept following around Silvermist. Oscar made a point to be touching her at all times. If Silvermist got up and moved, Oscar followed.

That's great. And Silvermist is a great name.

Thank you Eric, my daughters actually named Silvermist, she's a fairy off of tinkerbell (let's hope the frog is a girl!! LOL) Seemed perfect for a very gray colored Gray tree frog.

I've been pretty worried about this little frog, so it is great to see Oscar (let's hope it is a boy!!) doing so well! Today Oscar is out and about with the other 2 frogs and actually totally *normal* in comparison to my other frogs.
