My new terrarium

Hay every1, just finished building my first terrarium and have a few questions.
my tank is a 30gal long compelte with water fall, small pool area a live plants.
my first question is heating it stays at 73ish during the day but can drop as low as 65 at night i have a heat mat & stat but dont no the best place to place it:confused.. 2nd is humidity cant seam get it above 70% evan after 2days with 0 venalation. and to finish off do u think it is suitable to house a frog or two and if so of what breed.. regan.

Very nice. Looks like a Dart Frog setup to me. Since your tank isn't set up vertically, its probably not a tree frog viv.

Humidity and temps needs are going to be based off the frogs you decide on.

As for humidity, 70 percent is fine for most tree frogs and can drop some during the day since the lighting burns off some humidity. The humidity should go up at night once you shut the lights down.
Check you humidity levels with an alternate gauge since many are not always accurate.
Also, placement of the gauge will also need to be checked since having the gauge high up and near the lighting will not show the same reading as mid or low level placement near water sources.

Your lighting should also raise the nominal temps inside the viv and then temps should drop to room temp once the lights go out.
