Pacific Chorus Frog Eggs in Dirty water

Hello. It seems my Pacific Chorus Frog who recently moved in is indeed a female and has laid eggs in her enclosure before I had a chance to complete it. I guess she really liked the water when it turned brown from the sticks?

My questions are:

Can I move the eggs?
Is there a way to tell if the eggs are even viable and worth worrying about?
I will not be able to set up a filtration system for at least a week, how should I care for the water they are in?

Anything important I missed?

Any advice would be very much appreciated!

Was a males in the water when she laid the eggs?......if not u got duds....if they were good they look like little mass of clear gelatin with a little black spot in the middle..in a few days you can actually see the tadpole shape,,,,
