What are some good roaches to feed pacmans?

If you do some searching, you can find several recommended food sources for pacmans here on the forum. When talking roaches, blaptica dubia is supposed to be a great food source. And they are easy to breed as well!

Dubia roaches are nice. I just got mine, but they seem to be doing well. Very easy to care for.

Dubia roaches are great feeders for frogs like this. They reproduce fast and adults get pretty big. The colony don't need much attention from you to keep it going either.

Another big advantage of Dubia is that they can't climb smooth surfaces and can't fly (males are suppose to be able to fly short distances but I have never seen it)

Are all reliable from what I can tell. I got mine from the roach guy, and they're doing well. I think some members can sell you some too. Jela's Phat Phibs is Jeff Kennedy, if I recall correctly.
