    Default Expired rep-cal?

So, just noticed my rep-cal expired in April, and my rep-cal herptivite will expire in August...
Does anyone know if these will be safe to use after their expiration dates?

Also, if this is in the wrong spot, feel free to move this admins! (couldnt really think of another place...)

They're safe to use but the the vitamin content degrades over time due to reaction with the oxygen in air, among other things. I usually change mine out every 6 months, no matter what the label says. It's not really necessary but I like the routine.

Oh I should say, the calcium supplement should be good forever. If it has Vitamin D3 in it though, that will likely degrade with time.

I figured as much that the calcium, being a mineral, wouldnt expire, I didnt think about the D3 (which it has) or the vitamins degrading...

have any good recommendations for a good quality vitamin/calcium? I heard rep-cal brand was the best but I figure while im on this subject i should do a bit of research...
