Milky help

Yesterday when I shut my exo terra viv door I spooked my runt milky and he jumped and got his hand smashed on the hinge side of the door. Hes been limping around and my local vet has not returned my call. :/ any tips? He keeps his hand balled up in a fist.
It was such imperfect timing. Ugh I feel terrible
