Yeah it doesn't look promising. I would separate him from the other frog immediately. I would also take him to the vet and run some tests to see what it is just in case your other frog was exposed and comes down with the same thing.

Poor baby. So sorry she and you are going through this :-(
1.0.0 Red Eyed Leaf/ Frog - Agalychnis callidryas
1.1.1 Bumblebee Dart Frog - Dendrobates leucomelas
1.1.0 Dendrobates truncatus - Yellow Striped
1.1.1 Dendrobates tinctorius – Bakhuis Mountain
1.1.0 - Dendrobates tinctorius - Powder Blue
1.1.0 - Ranitomeya vanzolinii
alrighty, he's separated.. still has enough energy to move around if he's put in a spot he doesn't like, but still not interested in eating.
My kids are more bummed out than I am... I got the frogs when my oldest was a baby!
Still waiting for saturday to see the vet. Sadly there just aren't too many frog specialists around here...
thanks for the replies, everyone. :}
How awful for you, I really hope he gets better from whatever nasty disease/cause it is. Please update and let us know how he gets on/what the vet says.![]()
Poor dearHe looks dreadful.
If you feel really desperate, especially if you get to the vet and he is going to die or is having grim outlook, you could try force feeding..
I did this with a frog who, although in much better shape than yours, refused to eat, and he lived a number of years more with me. I used silkworms, they are pretty good for sick herps in my opinion.
Worth a try, but don't stress him out...otherwise, just get him to the vet.
