I've done a bit of research and I have found this on Canadart.org: Dwarf French Guianas aka Nominate.

And on Google: Dwarf French Guianas aka. Nominate pictures from pets photos on webshots

And on Dendroboard and Amphibiancare: "...also known as dwarf cobalt, dwarf coastal cobalt or nominate...".
