I have a female Gray Tree Frog who does talk to me occasionally. She'll chirp to me after i spray her and the cage down in the morning, and sometimes after eating or when she's asleep. It's nowhere near what a male will call, it's a little broken chirping lasting only a few seconds. Scared my roommate this morning

So I do think it's possible she is still a she. She isn't going to be as vocal as a male, but mine at least talks to me a few times a week.
