Gecko shedding...

I have had my leo geckos for over two weeks now and they have been eating an amazing amount of crickets and mealworms. I was expecting them to have to shed by now, but so far, they haven't indicated that they are ready. I put a moist hide in the terriarium at night (it's a miracle whip container with moss in it) just in case. How often do these guys actually shed? And how do I know that they are getting enough to eat every night so that they do continue to grow? Thank you!!
