Hey I just wanted to introduce myself! I'm Stephanie! I am new to the whole frog thing (Even though I have loved frogs my whole entire life haha)
I just got a green tree frog the other day and I had a question,
How often should I change the substrate?

Welcome to the forum. If you're doing a natural setup with a proper drainage layer, the right type of soil and a well planted tank with live plants you'll never have to change it. If you're tank is properly balanced it is like a mini ecosystem and will maintain itself. Just clean the glass and random pop off the leaves. Its also a more natural environment for your frogs.
