i know im definitly thinking ahead my vivarium is not even set up yet but i have everything planned out and wanted to hear some options to what frogs i should add.... the tank is going to be a 55g or larger it will have a waterfall and about 1/3 or 1/4 of the tank will most likely be water, so it will be humid. i was originally going to do phyllomedusa bicolor (giant waxy monkey frogs) but they dont need alot of humidity at all so some people are saying to do dart frogs others say red eyes, i was thinking white lipped tree frogs but i just wanted some opinions? thx
If one third is water....that really wouldn't be useful for the darts. I would suggest keep the water shallow and go with the red eyes. Just keep it shallow enough so they can sit and soak in it and still have their heads comfortably above water.
Well its gunna be a 90gallon tank and I'm kinda happy u said not to do the darts because I'm not a fan of doin fruitflies sooo what do u think of white lipped tree frogs?
