How big before it's okay to feed pinkies?

My frog is growing very quickly (he's at least doubled in size in just the month or two that I've had him) and I was wondering how big they need to be before it's okay to introduce pinkies into their diet?

I have fed all my baby pac mans pinkies once they are abt the 2x the size of a quater. Not very often but they easily ate them. So if yours is that size or bigger there is no problem with it.

Mine had his first around the diameter of a pingpong ball. He got it down in a couple gulps
