Default Cricket laying eggs in the frog tank?

When I put crickets in my pacman's tank today, One of the female crickets immediately started what I can only assume is laying eggs. (Shoving that little tube into the dirt and pulsating). Do I need to scoop out this section of substrate, or just let the baby crickets hatch? I worry that the baby crickets will try to munch on my frog, so what do I do if the crickets hatch?

Just leave it until the babies start to hatch. You should be doing a total substrate change about every month or so anyways, so by the time they begin hatching you should be about ready to change your frog's bedding anyways. It freaked me out the first time I walked in and saw five or six little green things hopping around my frog's tank!
