Unhappy Is there anything you can do for bloat/dropsy?

I noticed what I thought were scratches on the frog, wasn't sure what it was, so I treated the tank with maroxy for a couple of days. The scratches went away. A week or so later, he started looking bloated, so I did a 3 day maroxy treatment. The frog's eyes are clear, he is full of life, and has a healthy appetite, but he is definitely bloated, and getting bigger. I have done frequent water changes as well. Is there anything I can do to save him? He seems happy, which is odd.

Aquarium salt in the water helps but you need to find out the cause. I believe overfeeding with bloodworm has been associated with bloat but I have never really used blood worm in great amounts so cant comment. Others include bacterial infections etc

    Hope this guide helps:

Well, that could be. This guy has always been greedy (thus the name Scrooge). He was scrounging or begging for food for a lot of the day...
