How do I get rid of tree toads ?

Their nightly chirping is driving me crazy.

Are these your pets or are they wild toads outside?
if they are your pets take some photos and offer them up on the forum. If they are outside frogs get rid of any water sources in and around your yard.

I would get used to it personally. I so love the call of gray treefrogs AKA treetoads.
