Hey guys! How is everyone!?
I'm new to the frog forum, and what an amazing forum it seems to be at first glance!
Can't wait to find out loads of interesting information about my North American Green Tree Frog (Name's Pedro)
For my first question: Could anyone give me links to information and random threads about my Green Tree Froh (Hyla) ?
Thanks!![]()
Welcome to Frog forum!
We don't have a care sheet for Hyla cinerea, but the care if pretty simple. They do not like humidity as high as some other tree frogs, like the Red-Eyed... Keep it around 70%.
Room temperature is good. Again, it's a tree frog, so it needs to be housed in a vertical tank, the taller, the better. Make sure there's full of branches and leafage, they will mostly move through them, and rarely on the ground. You should put the tank in an area where your frogs will be able to rest during daytime, as they are nocturnal. A place where there's less human traffic for example. No need for night lights. A bowl of fresh water should also be provided.
They will feed on crickets, mostly.
