Default Tips on 'Mist King' set up

    Hi All,
I'm planning ahead. I need some tips from mist king users please
Next week? I will be setting up a "mist King" in a 36 high glass enclosure.
I can't wait !!!! I have arthritis from using the spray bottle!

I'm sure everyone has lots of great suggestions, as usual !

Here area few pics of the enclosure. I'm especially wondering about placement of the mist heads?
I think I'm getting an extra triple mist head? ( Santa says i'm not allowed to open the box- yet !)
The pics are a few months old, the plants are more full -especially the suspended (center/top) pothos.

    Thanks ,Lynn

You definitely want to have the heads firing from the front top. Using a triple head would be nice if placed top center front but you will see it so that is a users choice. Me, I would because you'll get your best coverage from there.

I operate mine 5 times a day for 16 seconds each time. It really keeps the humidity up for the Dart Frogs but would be too much for a tree frog. Duration and number of time a day will be something you'll have to experiment with.

    Hi Don,
    Thanks
I really didn't consider the front! It's a great idea.
It would prevent the front of the glass being sprayed and would direct the spray toward the back where the plants are.
I really don't care about how it looks aesthetically as effectiveness is more important.

I don't want the temp to drop after a mist, I was thinking of heating the distilled water in the bucket w/ a little aquarium heater?
