Quick question regarding my whites tree frogs

should tank lights be on 24/7 or should i be turning them off once and a while? they seem to be happy and i dont want to do anything to make them mad.... feedback please

You need to simulate a natural living environment for your frogs which includes day and night. Get a $4 timer from Walmart and set it 12 hours on and 12 hours off. Please read the care article on the left to make sure you are meeting the needs of your frog. Have you had the opportunity to make a more natural habitat for your frog? Your frog is nocturnal and will be awake at night to eat.

yes i have made the tank for natural for the frogs and they are very happy, i was just wondering about the light thing, thanks. i will just turn it off for the day and on for the night
