New Bullfrog owner..

Hi there, My name is Jenn and I am new to the forum. I have raised african clawed frogs and egyptian green toads for years, but I was recently given an american bullfrog. Ihave determined he is male and he is quiet large! He is about 10 inches stretched out (will post pics soon) I got him last week and I am trying to set up a better habitat for him. He was given to me in a 10 gallon tank that is way too small. Any suggestions on his habitat or just any suggestions in general would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jenn, american bullfrogs like big areas because they jump far so a 10 gallon isn't big enough. If you like big frogs I would buy an african bullfrog if I were you.

American bullfrogs need a 75 and up tank with water and land with a strong filter and a good supply of food . thats too much for a frog so i went with african bullfrogs.
