I have an amazon milk frog who has stunted growth so is only about the size of a 10p.
I noticed the night before last that his back legs looked strange and when I got him out to inspect the problem his back legs are completely messed up.
I took him to a reptile shop because I know the lady who works their specialises in frogs and she told me that she thinks he has a broken back.
I was told to just keep him in a small tank and that if it's not that it may correct itself.
I normally feed him in a small cricket tub to monitor his food intake because of his size and stunted growth but he hasn't eaten since and I feel so cruel just letting him stay like he is.
Would it be best to get him put to sleep? And doed anybody know how a vet would do that procedure? (needle, gas etc)
Sorry this is so long I just have no idea what to do for the best. thans for your help.
