Smallest Gopher Tortoise I've ever seen

My son and I rescued this little guy from getting run over (even thought that is technically illegal in Florida), so I had to snap a couple of photos before releasing him well into to the woods away from the road. It was the coolest little reptile I've ever seen.

Cool i wish we had them in the wild here, my housemate had a pet tortoise i though't she was great ... didn't do much apart from a few evening a week where she would go nuts and clim everything in her table that she could get onto.

I know someone that has one (legally), really cool. He found it in a pond in Massachusetts of all places.
