Odd Pyxie.....

I found a Pyxie a local pet shop. At 1st glsnce its looks like a Dwarf. Its young. 3 inches in length. Grey-ish green, w a hint of brown (not much). However it has rich pumkin orange armpits, yellow tummy no amount of yellow on its bottem jaw though. Every Dwarf iv seen has a yellow mouth and throat. He has none. Its just on the tummy. Also the dorsal stripe is definitely tan. Does this mean Dwarf for sure?? Thanks so much!

Well, not all dwarf's have yellow on their throat. Some look like giants when they are young, so i'm pretty sure that the frog is a dwarf.

Yes, unless if it is a different pyxie that we never discovered. Anytime you see a tan stripe with no other stripes on it's back, and with more yellow than a regular giant would have on it's belly then it is most likely a dwarf.
