Info on chilean helmeted toads please

Hi,I have 28 frogs and I have the opportunity to purchase a 5cm captive bred chilean helmeted toad
I have a budgetts frog and I assumed the CHT has similar care requirements to a budgett?

Anyone had success in keeping these in captivity?I am aware that they do grow quite large lol

Hi Jackie:

There isn't much information available about these frogs and what you do find may or may not be accurate. The scientific name is Calyptocephalellea gayi. There is a Frog Forum thread at http://www.frogforum.net/aquatic-cla...html#post28243. I understand that they need to be kept a fairly cool temperatures around 65 degrees (F), 19 degrees (C).
