Question about leaf litter

I just received my order from Josh's Frogs today along with some other stuff (AWESOME AWESOME place!!). Anyway do I just put the leaf little down on top of my soil? How often should I change it out? Any other tips would be great. Thanks.

Just dump it in there. No need to change it out, as it breaks down you just add a fresh layer over the top.

Baby dart frogs especially love it. My five baby Azureus spend most of their day sifting through the leaves looking for goodies.
