I only take them out for feedings usually, thats why they went out for these pics and some fresh air and sun. I have this idea that it's healthier for them to get some outside time since it's very clean in this area with little or no polution. I put them in a cricket keeper thats fairly large with a slotted top for vent. I usually let one or two out on the deck, they don't go very far and they seemed very content climbing up the umbrella pole and just sitting there!lol They all cuddled up and went into sleep mode, it was so cute. I wouldn't let them go on the ground, etc. for fear of paracites or other diseases they are probably not immune to, however they are wild caught frogs. I raised them from tadpoles, so they don't really know anything other than my pool and me. Before I took any in I consulted people on this site to see how Grays were at pets and got an overwhelming...they are great pets and great first frogs, so I took in several. They are the laziest lil frogs I've ever wittnessed and tamed in less than 2 weeks, possibly due to their froglets status. They morphed last Mid July so they are all still fairly young. During the day seems to be the best time to take them out, if I took them out at night they might try a freedom break and join their relative back in the wild.
