Of course you can go all elaborate but you you also could do it rather simple. They make turtle filters/ pumps that you put in a corner and hide it behind some rocks. The water only needs to be two inches deep. How deep are you looking to make the pond? Congrats on the new frogs by the way...slow down Im trying to keep up..
But you do need a false bottom in you want to use a pump anyway, which is why I was thinking about using pieces of glass to define a specific parameter for that pond... And thank you, this one came out of left field. I'm a bi nervous about them not knowing the state they will be in. I'M hoping for the best, as always.
Here's another question.
The backdrop is going to be a beautiful piece of bark we got this weekend on the mountain. I have cooked it and made sure it's safe for the viv.
Question: Do you use silicone to stick the cork on the glass, or expanding foam?
Thanks,
Eric

I think you meant expanding foam not moss? gorilla glue is like useing both foam and silicone have you ever given that stuff a try
Eric, it's hard to find here in Montreal. I've seen Don, Mike and others use it but I can't seem to find it here...
Anyway, I will start a new thread for the build of this viv, which beside the pond, will be a simple task.
Thanks Eric.
Hi all,
So my friend picked up six of them today. Some have yellow bellies while some have purple bellies. All seem to be sturdy, with good weight. And all were pretty active. 2 of them will remain with my friend, 2 of them will be mine, and 2 others will be shipped to another hobbyist friend of ours.
Here are the pics.
