I've seen quite a few cases where green spots were nothing but an irritation. Obe member jad a frog 50% covered, i persobal messaged him, and he said no treatment and it went away. They should go away when he sheds, within a few days. If they grow and spread then it's another situation, call a herp vet.
Mine got little spots, then freckles came in those areas
You should definitely post pictures so we can help you better, and your temp/humidity, tank size and decor (substrate, accessories, etc.) and what and when you feed the little guy. All of this will help with diagnoses.

Sometimes the coloration can just be due to a topical irritation (kind of like a rash or redening of the skin a human would experience). And I would agree with the statement that shedding usually resolves the issue. Also it could just be some pigmentation didn't quite appear correctly after a skin shedding. I'm guessing it's nothing serious, but a pic would help.
an update would be great. Did he shed it off? Did they multiply?
