Something stong that can support his/her weight. Not being all that knowledgeable in the plant department, I can't tell you what that is.

Here's a list i managed to find. There are no images tho so it'll be a case of googleing them all till you find a suitable one!
Plants Suitable for Growing in Terrariums and Dish Gardens
Golden pothos might be a good starting point tho, I've heard the name mentioned a few times.
Also you can get some dwarf rubber plants that might make a nice hardy foliage with good stem thickness.
I also found this one on a page that was dispelling toxic rumours about plants. (looks like it might be a nice terrarium plant if it will withstand the conditions).
Cordyline fruticosa 'Florica.'

I've also heard of pothos being used for white's
congo philodendron. they get really big though, so it cant be in there for long, but they have large sturdy leaves
Pothos will be your best bet. It's very hardy and stands up really well to trampling. However, it still won't support the full weight of an adult dumpy.
