Hello, i am new here on the frog forum. i have some fire bellied toads, and i was looking to fix up their habitat! i have a ten gallon tank with a filter, some driftwood, and a "turtle dock". I am looking to get a half log for them to hide in and make the tank half land half water with some nice moss. i will not be using a heater. is that okay? One of my question is what are some safe, real live water plants to put into the tank with them? Also, if any of you have any FBT's yourself, i would love to see a picture of your tank. If you have any other tips for keeping FBTs happy, please give me them. Thanks for any suggestions!!!

BTW: There are two firebellies in the tank. i am hoping to get a third, but im going to make the habitat better first. Please reply ASAP since i am running to the pet shop tonight!! Thanks muchwhen i finish the tank i will post a pic of the finished product!
Room temperature is fine, so a heater isn't really needed. Most aquatic plants are safe, but they would benefit more from floating types, like water lettuce, water hyacinth, and duck weed.
Thank you very much kurt.do you have any other suggestions. oh, BTW, should i dust the crickets i feed them with some type of suppliment?? Also, other than crickets, what else could i feed them??
