Can u hold pacman frogs once in a while because I know that some frogs breathe out of there skin and cant bee held. Also can you keep two in one tank because I would like to try breeding them.

You cannot just keep two pacmans together and expect them to breed. As for handling I would recommend against it unless if you have to move them for tank cleaning. I usually wear sterilize gloves when handling frogs for my own protection and theirs.
