I have never ordered "live" merchandise from them but I have ordered supplies from them several times in the past and never had issues.
Once I ordered an Exo-terra from them, they had it at a Great price at the time, and it arrived with the glass broken. Their customer service was fabulous and they sent out another one to me pronto at no cost to me! I had no complaints.
