How to post pics?

Sorry guys im such a noob. I wanted to post pics of my new viv but i cant since the file is too huge i think. Its about 4.70 mb. So what exactly can i do, so that the pics can appear on the page??

You could also try copying the picture on your computer and then downsizing the duplicate picture to a smaller size in order to download it to post.
