But being its an old fish tank it has no bottom vents. Is that a problem? Will it get enough ventilation? The top is open and there is not condensation on the glass. But it is hard to hold the humidity. Just wondering if it was a problem not to have an bottom vent.

Many people use old fish tanks. It will not be a problem. Usually just misting in the morning and at night is suffient to keep the humidity high enough. 50% is fine. I fluctuate my humidity depending what the weather is like outside. I stay within 50-70 percent. You do not have to have a bottom vent.
