I saw a Tomato Frog yesterday at my local reptile store, I'd never seen one in person before and man it was adorable. Now I'm thinking about adding one to my mix. Currently I have a chubby frog, a dumpy tree frog, and a cane toad (not all together of course).
Can anyone tell me about them? Can I keep just one of do I need two (currently all my frogs live as singles)? Are they hard to care for? What kind of habitat do they need? Temp? Are they climbers? What kind of substrate? What about live plants, does it need them if so what kinds are safe? Etc...
Thanks a bunch
Aly
They don't need any company. They are easy to care for. My trio are in a large Rubbermaid box with a coconut substrate, shallow water bowl, and a plastic hide box. Real simplistic.
