New Pacman frog

Hello everyone, I just ordered a pacman frog, and I have pretty much everything I need for the set-up, but I just have a few questions that hopefully someone can answer. Now for the heating, I have bought a heat pad that I will place underneath the tank. If the heat pad is sufficient in increasing the temperature to the required 80 degrees Fahrenheit for during the day, do I need any light source at all? Also, is tap water okay for the frog if I use it in its water dish and to spray the tank to regulate the humidity?
