Today i was cleaning my tank and when i decorated the tank and everything was finished i noticed a really minuscle little worm crawling in the moss.
Is this something to worry about ? or is this just nature and part of the eco system in my tank?
I have real plants and moss.
Thanks in advance!
Could be a larvae of some fly that was in you're moss or something.
Could be a nemertean got in there from a food source.
Hard to tell this way really.
Are there already frogs in the tank?
If this is a larvae of a small fly or something they will probably eat them,
nemerteans are something different.
They feed on you're feeder insects, but will leave you're frogs alone as far as i know.
I got 3 firebelly toads in my tank and various lizards.
the worm had the look of a small beige see through color and the size of a small hair haha.
it didn't look like a nemertean. i will keep a close watch on the moss for now just in case i see more. thanks for the help and info!
