    Default New pics of Orchid!

She is just the cutest! I had to share

Just so you all know, these photos are edited a bit. I am still struggling with proper lighting for her and since I can't take her outside for the best light, I have to find a spot around the house somewhere. I made her a bit more vibrant.

Beautiful photos...Just becareful not to stress her out too much with all the pictures. Give her time to settle in to her new home.

This probably took me 3 miniutes lol. I am quick! I'm going to have to re do her tank though, the glue isn't holding on the cork bark, blah. Need to find something good to stick her in when I do that. She's getting more used to it here now. I'm pretty sure she ate 2 crickets last night.

Great pictures, but I do agree with Cheri. Try to limit holding and photo shoots, at least at first. Thanks for sharing though, the pictures are good, I couldn't even tell they were edited.

How long will the remodel take? If only a few hours she'd be ok in a critter keeper with some damp paper towels to shield her from what's going on around her as she tries to sleep.

I have kept red eyes in large kritter keepers for up to a month during quarantine and treatment.

That's the only time she's been out in the last couple days.

They're not supposed to look like they are edited But I didn't want anyone thinking she's abnormally colourful lol.

I don't have a critter keeper... I pondered on using some kinda plastic dish with a lid and making some holes or screen in it. I am not entirely sure on how long remodeling will take, but I'm just going to leave the cork bark out and use some new big leaf plants so I don't assume it'll take too long. Has to wait til Sunday though, that's the only day I can go 40 mins to the pet store lol. Also going to see if I can find her wax worms!
