Are you spraying the frogs with that spray? I thaught that sprays should be added to the water. I don't use it because I dust my food items, and feed crickets good food. Ya it looks bad, as far as Kisa saying chytrid, it does look like it, but frogs are deseased when the skin looks that bad. At that stage they are soaking and lethargic, with the legs being held away from the body. And its also a very fast killer. That's why I'm thinking it's the spray. the might be the first one in the water and getting more of a dose compared to the other frog.
So, just follow what Kisa said and soak the frog in spring water, if in 2 days he looks better than you know it was the spray. But a vet is nessisary if his color doesn't improve in that 48hrs. In his new enclosure he's going to be very stressed, a drop of honey per ounce of water will help him relax.
Good luck, keep us posted.
