Looking at these pictures my first thought was Chytrid Fungus. I am no expert though, so I have no real authority on this matter it's just a guess. Has he shed in the past couple days, or even weeks?
I would remove him from your community immediately and place him in quarantine to keep your other frogs from catching whatever he has. Make sure you keep their water bowl very clean, and if you don't keep a planted viv (or if you do and want to be extra cautious) I suggest an overall cleaning of the viv, replacing anything and everything that your frog climbed on or slept on, and cleaning the walls of the viv with a reptile safe cleaner. These are just suggestions though, I think it would be better if someone with more information about your frogs illness answers you first before you do anything drastic. But definitely remove the sick one from the rest and place him in a sterile environment.
Also posting your tank size, humidity, and how often and what you feed the frogs can help with diagnosis. But I would definitely try to find a herp vet in your area, just in case,
