70 is really the goal but even 55-60 is fine. I found that most of these frogs are being grown up at the petsore and tollerate lower humidity fine. If your frog had turned more brown you can lower to 55% and see if it greens him up.
It's great to see that your humidity is stable though. Most people have a problem the other way. The problem with the higher hummidity is the encousures start to rot your moss and collect water at the bottom of your viv. This aides in bacteria growth and possibly endangering your frogs. With higher humidity you have to clean out your viv more often. I found at 60%, my bottom was pretty good and I clean only ever other month. It's really a long break down for me, there's too much stuff, it takes me 3 hours.
