Does hyla cinerea make a good pet? are those sold often?

Does hyla cinerea make a good pet? are those sold often?

They are great pets and available for next to nothing. I recently saw them on kingsnake for $1.79 each in quantity. I'm surprised WA allows them, they are one of the many species we can't have in OR.
