    Default Non-Froggy Pets

So I figured I would share some pics of my other pets. Like I mentioned in my intro, I've got 6 fish tanks and 2 reptiles... O and I'm living in about 300 square feet.
    (measurements in US gallons)

    15 gallon

This tank has more driftwood and a lot more plants now. Plus it now has 2 guppies in it instead of a Betta and somewhere around 25+ red cherry shrimp since they started breeding.

    37 gallon

Another tank that looks different now (just don't have a camera so I don't have more current pics ). The gravel is now mostly black with some lighter gravel mixed in. Also got more fake plants and some live Vallisneria (tall grass-like plant) that the fish eat.
The fish in this tank are 2 Fantail goldfish and a small Sarasa Comet that will be rehomed as he grows.

    40 gallon breeder

This tank is being redone soon, but here is a current pic. All live plants and right now it is a South American community tank with Bolivian Ram, Serpae Tetras, Platies, Cardinal Tetras, Cory Catfish and a Bristlenose Pleco. When it gets redone it will be an Asian community tank with glass catfish, female bettas and other fish.

    55 gallon

This tank has my pair of Jack Dempseys and some Buenos Aires Tetras and Australian Rainbowfish as dithers (though my Jack actually aren't very aggressive).
Not the greatest pics, but here is the male

    and the female

    75 gallon

This tank currently has Angelfish, Lemon Tetras, Otocinclus and a Gold-Spotted Pleco. The fish from the 40 are being added in here as well though and the pleco is being moved to a larger tank.

    120 gallon long

This tank has an Oscar, Dwarf Giraffe Catfish, Royal Pleco, Clown Loaches and some Goldfish (being given to people with ponds). Very basic layout with live plants. Unfortunately can't do anything too intricate with this tank without the Oscar, goldfish and catfish messing it up and moving things around lol.
Here is the Oscar when he was tiny (about 4 months ago). He is about 8 inches right now.

Here is the Dwarf Giraffe Catfish (about 8-9 inches as well).

The Royal Pleco (about 5-6 inches)

This was one of the walls of my place when my 3 largest tank were all next to each other. They took up just over 13 feet of the wall.

This is my female Ball Python. Not sure of her age, but when I bought her she was about 3 feet long and very under weight (was being fed a small mouse once a month). In about 6 months she's now closer to 4 feet and is steadily putting on weight.

This is my Bearded Dragon. I adopted him from work b/c he has neurological issues that prevent him from moving is back legs normally (though he can move them). Because of those issues I built him a basking platform that he can easily climb up on without having to worry about him falling off. Definitely full of personality, not to mention a little crazy sometimes lol.

Awww your pets are great... loving all the tanks... that must be so serene in your place

Most of my pets are dogs (5 dogs)... but also a leopard gecko, a mediterranean gecko, my older son has a ball python, and we raise netherland dwarf show rabbits.

My leopard gecko Eros 1 yrs old.

He has the cutest heart shaped spot on his nose

Our Meditteranean Gecko Andromeda (she's only about 3-4 inches long) no bigger than the key FOB for my car.

My son's ball python Loki around 4 years old

Our English shepherd Luna almost 2 yrs old

Our Yellow Lab Diego 4 yrs old

Our Toy Fox Terrier Benny 9 yrs old

Our Boston Terrier Mr. Bean 11 yrs old

Our Boxer/Am. Bulldog Ollie 12 yrs. old

I'm not gonna put up all our rabbits, there's like 25 of them that would need to be a thread all in itself

    Nice setups.

I have a few fishtanks myself. Just added a 12" albino Oscar and 7" male JD to my already stocked tanks the other day.

Love the pets Kel, especially the Boxer, Bulldog mix. Once I get a bigger place I'll be getting a dog, but I'll have to fight my fiance on whether it is a Yorkie or Dachshund like she wants or a Mastiff like I want lol (though at least we both love pitbulls).
Would love to see some of the setups if you get a chance Eel Noob. I love the New World cichlids, especially the larger ones. A friend of mine is selling his 14" Dovii that I'd love to have, I just can't afford the 500 gallon tank I'd need for him lol.

Thanks for the compliments fatman Ollie is a wonderful dog... that boy has been thru hell before he came to us... 9 years of abuse and neglect at the hands of previous fosters... but he's is much better now with us

Mastiffs are wonderful breeds of dogs... I LOVE mastiffs but one thing to keep in mind when wanting a huge dog like that is copious amounts DROOL are inevitable. I use to own a Great Dane, We lost him 2 octobers ago... the drool was dumbfounding (looking at our 12 foot ceilings and being like how'd he get it there) but he was an amazing dog. Don't let anyone ever tell you there is a "dry mouth" mastiff. They're coming close with the american mastiff (it's an anatolian shepherd/english mastiff cross they're using to try and make a dry mouth mastiff). Pits are also great breeds... too bad too many people can't get past the stigma. I often board a wonderful lil pitty girl who was also unfortunately abused (kept in a shed for 3 months and beat with her food dishes).
