Hey guys. I have a very small pacman that I got 2 days ago. I have it on eco-earth cocofiber right now. It has eaten 3 crickets so far, but the crickets were fed in a bare-bottom tank environment. I have never seen it eat cocofiber.
I was looking at it today, and it had abit of cocofiber on its face. I really don't want it to be impacted, and I am wondering if there is a way to tell. I think my pacman is abit put out with me after a 10 minute feeding today (he has eaten 1 cricket today), and me accidently scaring it out of the water bowl today.
I am also wondering if there is a reason that a pacman would swallow substrate for no reason.
If it is a major concern, I can put it on some moist paper towls, but the environment would have to be smaller.
Please tell me what you guys think.
Thanks!
MeTree,
ok u could get one of his turds and let it sit in an once if water. Go buy a turkey baister and suck it up. Hold it horizontal to the light and u should(or shouldn't) see the red-ish cocofiber in there. I'm pretty sure a packman that can't burrow would be miserable. But the would resolve your curriosity. You could change it to bed a beast, smaller particles
Thanks for the helpful advice! I am just wondering, about how often does a pacman poop?
No idea at all. U could try the internal FAQ search.
