Hi there and welcome to the forum. You have a great pet collection. I hope we get to see some photo's. You have certainly come to the right place to learn about frogs. Good to have you here.

Hi guys, I just wanted to introduce myself. I am a college student (Zoology and Business majors) living in the Chicago area. I currently work at a pet store and used to work/volunteer at a small zoo in central IL. I am hoping to open my own pet store in the next few years that will specialize in fish and herps.
I obviously love animals and my pets include a ball python, a bearded dragon and currently 6 fish tanks (I'll list my tank and fish below for anyone interested), but I am completely new to Amphibians. In fact the only experience I have with Amphibians is from work (we typically have Fire Bellied Toads, Dwarf Clawed Frogs, and Pac Man Frogs) and the zoo (we had too many species to list here). Hoping to learn a lot though!
So for those of you that are interested, this is my list of fish.
120 Long- Oscar, Dwarf Giraffe Catfish, Royal Pleco, Clown Loaches
75- Angelfish (including a breeding pair), Bolivian Ram, Serpae Tetras, Lemon Tetras, Cory Catfish, Gold-Spotted Pleco
55- Pair of Jack Dempseys, Rainbowfish, Beuenos Aires Tetras
40 Breeder- Cardinal Tetras, Platies, BN pleco (all going into the 75.... this tank will soon become an Asian tank)
37- 2 Fancy Goldfish, 1 Comet (growing out for pond).
15- Breeding Cherry Shrimp
Soon to be set up
20- Possibly U.S. native tank (pygmy sunfish).

Thanks Ebony! Been looking around and really like the site. Was actually almost done posting a thread with a bunch of pics of my various pets, but something happened and I lost it all..... Owell though, I'll try again tomorrow (well technically today).
Oh! sorry that happened.Hope you have better luck tomorrow/today
. Have you decided on what species of frog you might keep?
Well I only have a very small tank to start off with (12" cube) so I am thinking of doing something like a pair of Bumblebee Walking Toads, but I'll have to do a lot more research on them first. Plus I have to see if I can find them anywhere around here lol.
I've also got an empty 10 gallon that I could get a top for. In there I would do either some green tree frogs or fire bellied toads. Depending on what kind of set up I want to do.
Welcome aboard.
