Two things: first, that tank is much too small for any adult WTF, so I hope it is only a temporary housing.
Secondly, your temperature is much too low. Are you using outside heating sources? If not then you should start, 20c is not a good temperature for frogs to thrive. They cannot digest their food and you may start to see other problems. This could be your issue right here.
Try to raise the temperature up to between 24c (at the lowest) and 30c and see if that helps. WTFs are very versatile frogs but they DO need the proper heat, as any frog does, to thrive.
I'm sorry yours is sick, raise the temps a bit first and see if that helps.
