I just stumbled across this site, who knew there were so many frog forums out there nowadays.

My name is Jason Withers, and I've been into poison frogs since about 2006. I'm also into photography of all sorts. I'm currently in the planning stages of building a large enclosure for poison frogs, a 36x24x48 and it will house primarily a large group of R. imitator intermedius. For the time being I've decided to build a tank on a smaller scale in order to raise the frogs first.

I built this tank from scratch (cut the glass, siliconed it, etc) and it's been a very rewarding build. I can't wait to try it out with a much larger tank

Welcome to Frog Forum, VicSkimmr. Lovely enclosure. I have a breeding pair of R. ventrimaculatus "Rodyll" myself, and waiting for my 5 P. terribilis "Yellow" froglets. You'll find lots dendrobates enthusiasts here... and viv builders too!

So after browsing around the forum for a while, I've decided to make this my home base for frogs It reminds me of nano-reef.com, which I love.

Since coming back to the hobby, Dendroboard seems so... I don't know how to put it, stuck up? and the fact that I can't voice my opinion of vendors openly is a huge deterrent.

Nah it isn't necessarily because of 1 thread, it's just the overall feeling of repression. The last time I was on it ('06-'09) it didn't really feel that way.

Got it. I've seen more pics of your vivs and flowers on DB and DF and they are gorgeous. You'll be a nice resource on FF.
