Well I plan on using low light plants anyway, due to these might be blinding to me also. But thanks so much, i checked Josh's, Mike's, and a couple others. thanks sooooo much.

I'm not aware if they are harmful or beneficial to frogs but I know aaafrogs . com carry them. I wouldn't imagine aaron selling anything harmful for the little guys. They're made for his conversion kid but possibly could work for you.

yeah, led grow lights are the trend now, they economical. save energy and money,
friendly environment. good, like this small box.
