@Cheri: Oh... And what did you get?
@Elaine: Theo is really into it actually. Whenever I'm at work he will call me to give me an update. He will make fruit flies cultures with me and will water the tanks with me. His fave are the FBT.

I got three dendrobates leucomelas that I've been thinking about for awhile. I will post some pictures of them and my moss thread I've been working on when I get to work. Seems like the frog addiction is alive and well here on frog forum.. Seems like we've corrupted Kisa pretty well...oopps

You have absolutely corrupted me! My frog addiction has almost completely replaced my video game addiction, you dastardly evil doers! D< I spent all last night dreaming/thinking about how I'm going to convert my ten gallon successfully. You know the addiction has taken hold once you're having nightmares about power outs and worrying about how much space you have for crickets. :/ Thanks guys...thanks A LOT. XD

Kisa...in all seriousness its good to have you here. You are a great contribution to Frog Forum. We all started out just like you...getting your first frogs and finding them so facinating. They you get into building of the vivs and you're lost to the hobby. Next thing you know you join a Frog Forum and you see the whole frog community and its such a neat place with great ideas. Literally, where else could you go to share your frog addiction. Friends and family don't understand about the obsession with frogs....but we do.

Aaaawe Cheri! >//< You're making me blush for real right now! Thanks so much, all of you make me feel so welcome here on the forum. I'm so glad that I've found somewhere I belong and am welcomed (cheeeeesey >>). I HATED the internet and social networks before I joined this forum, and in a way if it wasn't for Bruce Campbell's illness, I wouldn't have ever joined and met you guys. So I have fate to thank for that I guess, even though it was bad, some good has come from it.

You're absolutely right about friends and family, they all make jokes and compare me to crazy cat ladies...but everyone on here shares my "hobby"/obsession, and it's good to have somewhere to go when you need advice and help, especially since no one else REALLY understands.

I was just talking to one of my closest friends about my long term plan and while she doesn't make jokes, my desires confuse her. XD I told her I would eventually have 12 frogs and she couldn't understand it. "Why would you want 12 frogs? They don't DO anything." But they do so much for me. There's a whole herp world out there to explore, how could I stop at four individuals and only two species!? It sounds ridiculous when I think of not getting more frogs. XD There are so many I want to keep and experience.

My first WTF was a birthday gift on the fly from one of my friends (we planned it ahead of time of course) and since that day three months ago (it feels like SO much longer ><) I've learned so many things and hopefully have helped some people with the knowledge I've gained just from being a part of this forum and this community, not to mention I've made some great friends, and honestly we all have much more in common than frogs alone. I even have international friends now (Eric ^ ^) and ones from states I've never been to (Ginger and Don), and even some right here at home (Cheri) that I never would have met if it wasn't for frogs and this website.

I can't wait to expand my collection and my knowledge, I love this forum, and I love you guys (sorry if that's weird), and, most importantly, I love frogs!

Ok girls. You are officially kicked out of my thread. No mushy mushy feelings if it's not how beautiful my tank will be.

Oh Eric, I could write poems about the beauty of your tank! Shakespearean soliloquys about your breath-taking construction that would make grown men weep! Weep I say! >D

But I didn't want to embarrass you.

I thought I'd come back to the topic of this thread for a second. So. Here's the tank after 1 day of work. No more blue paint. No more glass separation and a covered drainage whole.

Question: There are some pretty sturdy silicone stain on the glass, that is almost too small to use a scraper. Is there a product I can use, an industrial cleaner for example? I don't care right now if my kids day just from the fumes of it...

But all jokes aside... I tried an SOS pad, some warm water and vinegar and to no avail...
